May the force be with you!

Happy Friday and what a scorcher we are in for and hopefully this continues for the next few days. I’m pleased to share it has been a tremendous few weeks for the BPC Group with some amazing sales figures. It seems purchasers are taking full advantage of the stamp duty holiday and brilliant incentives our working partners have on offer currently. Long may it continue, I think it’s certainly highlighted the importance of team camaraderie and working together in these still somewhat unusual times.

Whilst we bask in the sunshine over the weekend, I thought I’d share a momentous occasion in which a mask (very fitting with the current climate) and incredible heat played havoc in an amazing achievement of mine. Flash back nearly 13 years, I undertook a marathon (yes, I was fit back in the day!), but this wasn’t any usual marathon. 

For all my madness I decide to run in a full Yoda (everyone loves Star Wars) outfit in the severe heat raising money for Children with Leukaemia. My father had sadly passed away the night before from long term illness, however I was determined to complete the race, not only his memory but for the thousands of pounds I had raised for charity.

It was a race that officially never finished, but in my stubbornness, and with the assistance of a Chicago Police officer I was able to complete the race. 

I think it’s my way of saying anything is possible, but more so, may the force be with you!
